If you're still unable to log in with the link above, find the email that says "Redeem your copy of E-Printables" and click the 'Confirm Email' button. You can then create your login information.

If that doesn't work, the most common login issues we come across are browser-related. We recommend opening an incognito window (also known as InPrivate or Private Browsing, depending on the browser) and logging in to the school from there.

Additionally, see if you can try an alternative internet browser (such as Chrome or Firefox). If successful, you may need to clear your browser cache and cookies.

There are a few more common troubleshooting techniques that you can try, like updating your browser, testing your internet speed, etc., that may resolve the issue as well.
